A Hutto Engineering Company, Detroit, Michigan, Cylinder Wall Grinding Tool (The Grinder With The Full Floating Cones). There is an instruction sheet under the lid of the original Hutto Metal Carrying Case. There is a fold out promotional pamphlet (see the photos) but this pamphlet is heavily soiled and oil soaked.
The set looks complete to me but I'm certainly no judge on these type of tools. So take a look at the photos and judge for yourself as to whether or not this cylinder wall grinding tool set is complete and adequate for your needs.
