1958 Corvette Fuely SBC 283 Fuel Injection 539 Heads 3731539 original 43k set

These are a match set of a 1958 Corvette FI engine.People call them power pack others fuelie ,I call them original Uncut,unmolested virgin castings ready for rebuild for a original correct engine.No cracks these where magnafux
checked  and hot tanked by me in the early 1990s,At that time i was an aspiring engine builder and Instrument makers(prototype makers) apprentice and worked at the big engine machine shop Here in Rochester NY.

acquired
the engine from his cousin who worked in the
fuel injection department at Rochester products here
and the engine cam out of a supervisors car that got smacked up screw around and was parted out.It was pulled with 43k miles and dad swapped out the came and heads with new (at that time) 2.02 double hump 462 heads and a solid lift cam. These have sat in dry storage ever since. I learned how to hot tank disassemble mag and reassemble
on these and a free service to my father.We are starting to sell off his 50 year plus collection and these are a great find for someone who want original equipment thats not BEAT.all the studs spring valves and so on are originals.You would most likely replace the parts as no valve job has ever been done,The deck surfaces are mint and flat and need nothing,no repairs or weld have been performed and the studs are not pulled ,pinned or tapped.
the complete casting numbers are 3731539 and date codes are E107 and C117 they where on an early 1958 engine
but would not be out of place on a mid to late 1957.These heads will be carefully box individually ,I have custom
made double wall reinforced boxes,the will be wrapped up and padded as well as shrink wrapped.Each will also be insured for there full value and we take shipping very seriously.
