This listing  is for traditional "LONG PIN" stainless steel bassoon forming mandrel pin.  These pins, in contrast to the SAAKAKEENY pins (which are somewhat shorter),  are more similar to those produced by
FOX, CHRISTLIEB, and RIEGER.

IMPRORTANT!!!  These hex based pins will
NOT
fit in traditional handles made for circular based tips that you may already own. For all hex based tips,  you will need to purchase the custom made handles sold exclusively here by Nexuswoodwind. (see picture above)
