Грязь Мертвого моря – уникальная биопаста из органических (водоросли и планктон) – 3% и минеральных составляющих – 58%, а также 39% воды. Более сорока процентов минералов водорастворимы и находятся в состоянии коллоида, грязь черная и пластичная, очень соленая, с запахом сероводорода, ложится на кожу как масло, легко смывается. Грязь Мертвого моря добывается из его глубин, она маслянисто-черная за счет сернистого железа, на воздухе становится желтовато-серой, это сильнейшее лечебное средство.
Грязевые аппликации благотворно влияют на кожу и внутренние органы через рефлекторные кожные зоны.
