    Description

    I am the second owner of the guitar and have really enjoyed it.
    I am having to do a considerable down size
    or I would definitely keep it. Included is the original purchase documentation (08/25/2012) and Lowden Paper work. The action is set low and I was going too have raised some, but never got around to it. I have included a new Lowden split saddle. The guitar has Lowden 12 strings on it. Just my preference. The guitar is great to record with the blender pickup (microphone).
    The guitar is in very good condition. No scratches, but there is one indentation on front lower side, and several small nicks on the binding. They were there when I bought the guitar from the original owner. I think they happened putting the guitar in the Hiscox case. They really are not noticeable. (See pictures)  It is a comfortable guitar to hold and play and sounds great.
