Q: How long it take to process?
A : Usually it takes about 2 to 3 business day to process.
Q: Will I get the platinum status immediately?
A : Yes, the account is
Platinum
status immediately after the creation.
The status will last for
120 days. UPDATE: Now valid til 2023.03.31.
Q: How to extend it to 2024?

When the account is available, you will be given
120 days
to complete a
challenge: Stay 15
Qualifying
nights in Marriott.

When challenge is completed, your status will be extend to 2025.
Q: What if I cannot stay 15 nights within 120 days?
A : You account will go back to previous status. But we also provide qualifying night stays to your account to help you complete the challenge. Just ask us!
Q: Where can I check the challenge progress?
A : You cannot check the progress on web or app. This is not a public challenge. Please after 15 nights stays and then check with the customer service.
