    Opening week rental for the SUNDANCE Film Festival 2023 in Park City is booked and GUARANTEED! This Villa is available January 22-29, 2023 as either a 2BR, 1BR or Studio, The price per night shown here is for the Studio, see other unit sizes below.
    This is absolutely the best location in Park City for the Festival, right on historic Main Street where all the events are! It's walking distance to two film venues, with all others on a direct shuttle, no car needed.
    If you're a skier too you will LOVE this week as the mountain is empty! The resort is true ski-in and ski-out right at the TOWN LIFT.
    NOTE: I'm a Summit Watch owner and have booked the 2-bedroom Villa directly with Marriott, so this opening week is guaranteed, (it can also be split into smaller units, see below). The going rate for the 2BR is ,000+ per week and is SOLD OUT already for Sundance 2023 on the website, (all booked by owners like me). The Film Festival dates for next year are Jan 20-29, 2023. Reservation from Marriott will be in your name.

    There is ONE unit available Jan 22-29, 2023 for a full week only. This villa can rent as a 2BR or lock-off to a smaller size as follows:

    --1BR ,996 cost for 7 nights (comes to 8/night) vs. ,148 w/ tax on hotel site.
    --STUDIO ,345 cost for 7 nights (comes to 5/night) PRICE SHOWN HERE vs. ,355 w/ tax on hotel site.
    The 5 per night room cost is for the Studio unit January 22-29, 2023. If you want a 1BR or 2BR unit instead at the above prices please hit CONTACT SELLER and send me an email. I will adjust the price on the website.
