    Description

Offered is an 80s Morris Groovin' Power Acoustic PA-17G Chet Atkin style Nylon Electric Classical Guitar. Hand made in Japan by Moridaira, the same boutique workshop that designed and OEM built Prince's iconic HS Anderson Madcat Tele guitar for Stateside distribution by Hohner.
This guitar should remind you of Gibson's long discontinued Chet Atkins line of electric nylon classicals as well as their Epiphone counterparts from the same period. However please do not confuse this with the cheesy glossy MIK Epis - Moridaira's MIJ professional acoustic line 'Morris' is very highly regarded domestically in Japan and are played by many famous professional artists across Asia and Europe. Their build quality and price-to-performance ratio are unmatched by today's builders in similar price points.
This guitar is in good condition for an almost 40 year old guitar with age-appropriate wear, a few scratches and dings. If you've been looking for an awesome electric nylon solidbody to record and gig with, here's a good one. Please review all pictures and detailed descriptions carefully.
