Police Handcuffs Hand Ankle Clejuso Vintage no key

Description

embossed on cuffs is Fuerzas De Policia De Columbia 9202. there is also a bull and the word "Toro" embossed on one of the cuffs. I was unable to get good detail in pics. There is no key included for these vintage cuffs, however, I believe a key can possibly be found on ebay for them. The cuffs have some rust and corrosion etc. I'm not sure of the age. I saw some similar cuffs, which didn't have the bull on Ebay from Germany, not Columbia.
