    Description

    For sale is a very scarce general store counter tin from the late 1800's. It from the F.F. Adams Tobacco Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin for Brother Jonathan Light Chewing Tobacco. The large tin held paper pouches of tobacco which were sold from the tin at the store for the customer to take when they left. The tin measures a little over 11 inches tall with a 8 1/2 inch diameter. The tin is in fair condition with overall scattered wear such as pitting, oxidation and overall light surface wear. Please review the pictures as they show the true condition. This would be a fantastic addition to any early tobacco tin collection and is a tin you may never see again.
