  • Condition: This very rare early 1900s "Worker Cut Plug" chromolithographed "lunch pail" style, bail handled, V shaped clasp,100 cut plug tobacco tin is in very good condition, with two tiny superficial rust spots in the bottom interior, some very minor scratching and one minor dent in the lid. The gold and emerald green tin displays a faux alligator print.

    Description

    This very rare  early 1900s "Workers Cut Plug
    " chromolithographed "lunch pail" cut plug tin, measuring 7 1/2" x
    4 1/2" x
    5 1/4"
    is very good condition, with two tiny superficial rust spots in the bottom interior,  some very minor scratching and one  minor dent in the lid.  The tin has a bail handle and a V shaped clasp.  The gold and emerald green tin displays a faux alligator print.  It was manufactured by the United States Tobacco Company, Richmond, Virginia. in Factory 15, Second District of Virginia.  This tin is very difficult to find in this condition.
