How to use: Apply the mud in a thick layer over body, leave on 15-20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. For aching joints heat the pacet in a pot of hot wter of open the pack and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium. Take care not to use mud that is too hot! Do not apply the mud to open sores of wounds, the face or eyes. For extrnal use only.
