The guitar is in excellent condition.  Been kept in studio and never gigged with.   The guitar plays beautifully, currently has fresh set of Martin Lifespan Custom Light strings 80/20 with 11-52 gauge. Awesome acoustic sound and sounds great when split to dual channel or separate amp.  Nice to put overdrive pedal on magnetic output to cover acoustic, clean electric and overdrive electric tones!  Selling to 48 states only.
