The transmitter is installed in addition to the locomotive decoder in a locomotive or individually in a car (e.g. control car) and is only connected to the power consumption of the locomotive or the car. Like a DCC decoder, it can be programmed with Allen short or long DCC addresses. There is also the option of connecting a LISSYMini transmitter module.
