Unusual Antique Moisto Novelty Fish-Shaped Tobacco Humidifier - Early-1900s

This is a really cool giveaway advertising piece from the late 1800s or early 1900s. It is a double-sided brass fish-shaped that is embossed "
Keeps Smokes Fresh Moisto Pat. Pend.
" The fish measures 2-1/8" long. Between the 2 pieces of brass are 2 thick pieces of blotter paper. The idea is to soak this in water and then stick it with your tobacco to keep it moist and fresh.
It comes with the original card that has the instructions on one side and from just opening it a little bit I can see it was made by W. D. Fowler of Red Bank, NJ. This was probably given away with certain brands of tobacco.
